After speaking to a number of people including Corps of Engineers representatives and Milford's fisheries biologist, high water conditions will not allow for a successful KBN Conservation Work Day that was scheduled for July 13, 2019 at Milford. We are cancelling the event and hope to find an adequate alternative date in the fall if possible. If you can, please help me spread the word that we are cancelling this event due to high water.
I still plan to represent KBN by meeting with the WAFWA fisheries chiefs during their gathering in Manhattan to tout our previous conservation efforts at both the state and club levels. I will be preparing a presentation, so if any of you would be willing to share information about club projects I would appreciate it. Please send me pictures too and I will include them in my presentation.
