February means Bylaws time for KBN!
By laws are the rules/procedures that we operate our state organization by. These are reviewed and proposed, then voted upon at the spring meeting. (more meeting info to follow in another post)
Next month we have proposals from Hays Bass Anglers Assoc., as well as a number of "housekeeping" items suggested for change by your KBN by laws committee. Both groups have offered ideas for change regarding the BNC qualifier format procedure. The Hays proposal is the pdf titled "KBN Tourn. Bylaws". The other pdf is the misc suggestions from the committee. We encourage you to download and share all of this material. These proposals will be voted upon at the February 24th meeting.
