Reservations can be made by logging on to our website at Hilton Garden Inn Salina
hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com and entering the block code of (BASS) or Please call the Hotel reservations department at 785-309-0440. To receive the contract rates, the attendees should identify the group as KS BASS NATION. All reservations should be made by October 17, 2022. After this date, we will release the remainder of your guest room block and the rate will no longer be available. Additional reservation requests will be honored on a space and rate available basis. Rooms can be guaranteed for late arrival to an individual’s credit card or by advance deposit. A guaranteed room reservation assures a room for your attendees regardless of their arrival time. Any guaranteed reservations not canceled 24 hours before the arrival date will be billed to the credit card or against the advance deposit. Rooms Billing Arrangements: Arrangements have been made for each individual to pay for their room, tax, and incidental charges. Check in time for our hotel guest is 3:00 pm and our check out time is 11:00 am. We understand many of our guests are from out of town and often times would like to check in early. Our staff works very hard to try to accommodate requests for early check in’s, but under NO circumstances do we EVER guarantee them.

No outside food or beverages including personal cups may be brought into the public meeting space. Food and/or beverages need to be purchased from the Hilton Garden Inn and Convention Center. Groups bringing in outside food or beverage, other than what has been previously approved, will be subject to a $100.00- $500.00 Food surcharge Fee!
